Hey I'm sorry to read that it sounds as though you weren't really happy with the contact with ChildLine ? Maybe you could contact a ChildLine counsellor either by phone, online or send a private in box to a counsellor and let them know exactly how ChildLine didn't help you ?

Sorry that the reply has taken awhile but just to say that ChildLine does listen to everyone. All comments to us are really helpful about what we get right and what we don't. It's your site and we want it to work for you all. We are still working on the site both in how it looks what you can do like play games,watch vids and all the tekkie stuff.
It's important you keep your feedback coming in.
