 well if you don't care for the online chat, you can always call them instead....  that sounds like it would be more useful to you.  personally, i love the online chat and i plan to keep using it :)

they never just quit the chat, not untill you go off for 5 or  more mins. just try it again!!

they did the exact same thing to me an just leave straight off .... well now they dont even come to the chat with me at all, I timed it and this has happened like 5 times i waited for at least an hour and a half an still nobody want to talk to me.

Its not my internet.... my interrnet is fine. Its the site thats broke not my intrernet because it gives me errors all the time. Whenever I make a post i have to copy and paste it onto word before i press "send" because it kept telling me "error" and deleting what i have wrote so now i have to put it on word before i send it so i dont lose what i have wrote..... and somertimes it does error when i try and log in and when i do chat and sometimes if i try and email it errors me... Its stupid and annoying and stupid some more

Im waitng now. ive waited 23 minutes and still nothing! I need to talk to someone! They are very good at listening when they do answer, but they take too long to answer :@ ive also realised they take longer at night. if you try earlier in the morning or day, they answer quicker but at night they take ages :( . I really need to talk to someone =(
