It seems like whenever I'm in the chat, I start talkingthen the counselor leaves.
Does anyone else have this?

No, don't say that!! You do too deserve help. It could be (and I am not saying that this is true) that you are harassing them, or that you are going on about things that the counsellor can't really help with (like talking about your day-- like eating breakfast and walking to the school bus,etc.) I am not saying that you are doing that. I was cancelled by a counsellor before, but it was before I even said anything. I am not sure what happened- but it only happened once.

You certainly do deserve help cos its one of our childrens rights but sometimes the councellor needs to do other stuff or you run out of time. Its just unlucky that they always leave you! How many times do you do it though because they might think others are in serious danger and perhaps you are not. I am not saying you don't need help, maybe others are in serious danger! Call them instead or just keep trying!
