Call 0800 1111
I sent my email to childline last night about 5 times, but got errored each time. I tried again this morning and it sent fine. I found though that the 5/6 emails I sent last night were in my sent messages folder so sorry if you've got more than one!
Mine keeps doing that too...
When u send an email, they say they will get bck to u in 24 hours i sent mine about 2 days ago, they still aint got bck to me! i need them to answer cuz my problem is bugging me! >:(
OMG this is happening to me as well. I sent am email to them on saturday && they STILL haven't replied. I really need them to reply...
Also yeah Chrisl this happens to me too sometimes, its really annoying.

Helllooo Sorry to hear you having problems with the email Childline is very busy at helping children and young people and there is sometimes to many emails to get through which may take a bit longer but try to hold on they will do there best to respond back to you . If its urgent then i suggest you call there or use the 1 to 1 chat this can help as well . For the time being you all could write on the message boards and see if we could help and give you adivee hope this does help.
