I'm not sure if sexist is the right word. But me and my girlfriend have sort of kept our sexuality quit but everyone knows now and some pople are realy nice and treat us the same and some people are so horrible.
Is there any point in doing something?
Well... if these people who are being horrible are hurting you either physically or emotionally then.... you should tell someone about it. You shouldn't let them do this to you. Does that make sense?? lol
Err.... if they aren't really bothering you then just ignore them, some people just want to ruin things for others or maybe they are confused etc. you could keep making excuses for them but dont let them get you down, hope i helped, lots of love xxx
