if your not sure then you shouldnt force yourself to make the descision. that goes for both things. if you feel your feelings for your freind get stronger then you can start thinking you might actually like her. right now you dont need to mae any sudden descissions. maybe your just really good friends. and also you dont allways have to be cerain on your sexuality. dont call yourself anything for a while untill your sure.

to answer your question though, when you have a crush on someone you feel kind of fuzzy inside around them and they make you insanely happy when your around them. you think about them lots. its different for everyone though.

i felt like this once about my best friend throughout year 7 until year 8 and then again in year 9.
in year 8 she came out to me as bi and it struck me as soon as she said it that, that must've been what i was too.
and thats what i told her. but then she told me she had a girlfriend.
thigs didn't go to plan and i started to get jealous.
as i grew older i realised i was never really arracted to much guys. so this year i realised i was a lesbian.
but now i think i could have feelings for a guy and i'm stuck in the same situation as you.

firstly you have to think about what you would do to them.
kiss? as a friend, or not?
snog?
feel up?
etc etc
and think about doing that to them, and then see what you eel about it. and whether you would like to etc.

i know it souds abit pervy but ithelps you realise.
