If I were you , I would back away from him. Very quickly. He sounds like a player. This sounds horrible , but he's probably just stringing you along. He knows you like him , so he's using you as a sort of bit on the side.

He's got a girlfriend. And not only you could get hurt , but so could his girlfriend.

Look around for other guys. Enjoy being single.

You never know , there could be the perfect guy for you right under your nose and you dont know it :)

tbh, he shouldn't be doing this to you, he shouldn't be doing it to the both of you. my guess is that he is really insecure with his girlfriend he needs someone to fall back on. if i was you, i'd end it once and for all and ignore him when he says he will sort it. i don't know how long he has kept saying this for but if he meant it he would have sorted it.

thanks for this it really has helped. i know you are right, but its easier said that done to forget and move on. but i seriously am trying. its gone on long enough now and unless something is going to happen i really think it has to stop.
