he thinks i am frigid if u dont know what that means it means that i am scared to kiss ect

If you are going to kiss him it just kinda comes natural. If he sees you leaning in then he should respond and kiss you =]

I'd say that you should tell iim you want to kiss him. Or you could just ask him- "Can I kiss you?"
If he loves you like you say he does, and that he's kissed lots of girls, then he should be fine with this, and it should go alright. Just try and ask at a time when it's just the two of you and neither of you has to go anywhere soon, because then there won't be any "I don't have time right now" things.
