help! xx
thanks xx
they're not that scary, mine caught me by surprise so I was not exactly jumping for joy, lol but when you know what to do, and when to do it, you'll be fine ![]()
so my top tips are:
1.when you think you're going to start, your periods, start thinking about what to use ( like tampons or towels, either are good) and put them in your school bag, in your room, in the bathroom, basicly anywhere you can so they will be there if your period is late or early!
2.If you use tampons, try different brands, you'll find the right one!
3. If you use sanitry towels, they come in different sizes, so try different sizes and find the one most comfortable!
4. don't worry what people will think if they see them in your bag or room, that is just one extra thing you would have to worry about! so DON'T WORRY!
HOPE I HELPED YOU!![]()
hi well .... periods are different for each person..i personally find that sometimes they are fine and then sometimes they are uncomfortable... but as long as i have some pain killers with me then i can carry on through the day with not a care in the world....
its all natural and its nothing to worry about. every women in the world faces it and they have managed this for thousands of years so its fine.
hope that helped xx
