It is completely normal. You're in puberty and your hormones are going crazy! Nothing to worry about, nothing to feel ashame about, nothing to feel sick about. All you need to worry is when it comes to point that you think it's too much, that you can't stop, and the more you do it, the more it becomes your addiction and the more it's hard to quit. But it is completely normal. If you really need to quit it, find a new and interesting thing to do, like sports or even EATING CHOCOLATES-especially chocolate ice cream(haha, some people find it mind soothing and you forget everything and that all you want to do is to eat and eat and eat and eat. ROFL!)

Watching porn  is completely normal and I know someone, aged 8 and watches porn regularly. About the cam thing, just be careful. Dont give personal information and always use false name(even false nickname)! Never ever let them see your face and that's NEVER! And always make sure that your background is nothing-don't show anything about you or your stuffs, even remove your accessories! YOU NEVER KNOW, it could be your neighbor watching you. And be careful, because some programs or viruses could make you're computer webcam on without you knowing!

 ok at least your trying to stop  maybe you could block all pron websites that could help as then you can't go on them and maybe get ride of your webcam so people can't see you
