I have been self harming for about 2yrs and naw i have to go and see CAHMS and i don't know what it is like i am very scared and feel like i am quite alone and i feel like i am mental and out of control.
If any one can help me please do!
Dont worry about it yeah CAMHS is the child and adolesent mental health services.... You dont have to be scared of them really cuz they are just people like you and me just they try and help you. Nobody thinks your mental for self harming or for goin to CAMHS <3
Fanks and i didn't make it clear i meant am out of control because i can't stop cutting and i have even taken tablets it scary and by the sounds of it CAHMS is not that bad
please if any 1 now what do they say 2 you?
And do your Parents/ Carers have to come with you?
