i have now been self harming for almost 6months but have only just told sum of my friends, after i told them they revealed that they also do it!!
i tried to convince them to stop but they just said no and that im a hypocryte. i really dont feel ready to stop yet but my friends refuse to stop until i do. how can i solve this? x

maybe you and your freinds could all try stopping together, rather than relying on one person to stop at a time ?
In that way, you are all supporting eachother through each step ??
But well dont for mamaging to tell your friends (: It has ost probably helped them to open up aswell (:
