     Self harming, was for me, a release, and a way of letting all the pain out. Yes, of course I felt guilty, but I could not do anything else. My advice to anyone is that if you feel that you are about to Self Harm in one way or another, please talk to someone or write things down, get things off your chest. It will work trust me.

    I used to self-harm just for the satisfaction of my own attention, but thankfully I've stopped, but...

    I do keep a diary book and do occasionally write in it but recently I've been debating if I should begin self-harm again. I don't even know why there's debating...

    Is there anymore advice you can give? It'd help me and others muchly.

    try and get a friend who understands you and that you trust and go though this with her/ him

    don't try to get through anything alone

    real friends make it easier, or even if you find your mum or your sis or bro any one you can talk to

     

    maybe even the school counsiler?
