Basically just to stress more what Gina said, its really important to tell someone you trust because only that way can you get the help you need. It worked for me and now i'm taking the first steps to stopping self harm.

hiya

well i found that they wil not unless you are in serious danger. However they encouraged me to tell them but i could say no and i did untill recently.

 thanks, i was just wondering as i thought i may tell my teacher but i really don't want my parents to find out as i don't want to upset them
