listen hunnie i know its hard, god knows i do, i have been self harming for 3 years now and my cuts got so bad that it got the point that i cut my arms so badly that i needed hospital treatment, but i didnt go because i was too scared ti admit that i have a problem. But i have now got help and am on anti-depressants, although i still self harm i am getting a little bit better, but please please dont let it get to that point! If i can do it then so can you!

i know how you feel,

ive been self harming for nearly 2 years and at first i was in denial, i talked to my head of year who i have a good relationship with, and she helped me out and referred me to an agency that would help me..you need to get help..
