dont worry your not alone!  i do all the same things, i cut, i bite punch, my self, and other things, i just get so angry,  i was talking to my friend about because she used to do it, and im going to no limets they can get a councilor for you, its conpletely confidential so ur perents/gardian  wont know, they can reli hellp you. you can go to the doctors, or no limets, or surestart any youth groups do it too

and yh just to let u kno, im getting counciing now and its a big help, they give u methods to release ur anger in a more apropiate manor =]
