     Okay so i've been debating about this for months and i've now finally decided to tell my teacher about selfharming :/

    The only problem is i have no idea what to say to her :| or how to say it. Any advice would be much appreciated (: thankyou

    well i suggest either take a friend with you that you can reeli trust and then if you get lost for words your friend  can help u n give u that push,,,,or you could write a letter saying you are having a tough time and reeli need help as you have been self harming.

    you could ask the teacher if they have anytime possible to talk in depth..
