i think i should tell someone, i have told one mate coz she uused to do it and shes forcing me to stop but i dont want to, do u think i should tell my pe teacher since i dont wonna do pe?

i told my guidence teacher and she pulled me out of pe because i didnt fel comfertable doing it.. i wouldnt speak to ur pe teacher id speak to ur guidence teacher

Its good you told a mate but you should be shore that you mate/friend dosen't go and tell anyone. Cause form my own experience its not fun when like half the school know about it :/

I would tell the teacher you were close to, and ask her not to tell your mum, she should understand that you just want to talk to someone else before your mum. Thats what its like for me.

in experience telling a teacher ain't always best in some cases. My friends were worried about me so they told my year head and she told my mum, this made me feel more isolated because whenever i walked past her i would get the awkward smile, or the 'we need to have a caught up' when tbh i really DIDNT want it.
they will call your parents because they cant know if your like suicidal or whatever.

I think its a good idea to tell your teacher as she is going to start wandering why you are not doing pe then you will get into trouble for truating its best to tell the truth . Also she will be able to acess you help and support with the self harmimg , some schools will have to brake the confidentiality between a teacher and a student becauase its for your own well being and saftey to be onhist with you , I know loads of people dont want there parents knowing such as myself but i think your mum would rather want to know how bad your feeling then keeping it to yourself , she may be upset and angry at first but this is because she cares and loves you and she wants to try and help you.
Talk to someone ! , as you menched your teacher would be a good start to getting help !
