    I have been havin a bad time at skool at the mo so the other day i got a kitchen knife and i cut my arm with it it felt good so i did it agen now i have scars on my arm. I can cover them up easily but i feel like i want people at skool to see so dat they will see how unhappy i am and be nicer to me so now im tempted to cut agen! Im a 14 year old female so is anyone else havin the same experiences? PLEASE HELP!

     Heya

    I know exactly what you mean, im 16 and have started self harming again. I managed to stop for a while but ii felt ii needed to go back to it as it helps me cope. Maybe you could try talking to your friends and say how you are feeling && then they might help you && try and understand. Or talk to a parent or other adult.

    I harm myself too. everyday i get so deppressed and just do it. it takes the pain (emotional) off my mind for a while. im tring to stop but i cant!

    hey hun, listen i know its hard, but you need to stop now before you get addicted, because after a while you just cant stop, and it gets worse, trust me, 3 years ago i started scratching my arms, and now i have a lot of dep cuts on my wrists, and i cant stop, please please please take it from someone with experience, stop now before it gets too late!
