I was just wondering how long other people have been doing it for because I feel like i have been doing it so long that it is maybe impossible to stop... what if there is just no hope for me, maybe i am broke.
for me I have been doing it for 2 years and a month or so
i have been self harming for only 6-7 months and i feel the same as you. I do still believe a bit that theres hope for anyone and everyone although sometimes your confidence shakes a bit.
I believe there is hope for you and you will recover xxx

i've been self harming for a year and a half and although i've not been doing it as long as you i sometimes feel why am i bothering trying to stop coz it's never going to get better.
Well, they haven't given up on me yet so maybe thats a sign that there is still hope....for all of us

hi i ve been cutting since i was 8 i am now 15 so thats...7 years. i am just learning 2 stop now. dont try 2 stop by your self get help preferbly from a professional (try getting into your local CAMHS)

hey iv been self harming for 4 years and god iv tryed everything, im getting counciling but that doent help. its like a drug!
5 years 7 months and im only just starting to get help, but im finding it so hard to stop even with help. :(
