I got told to write a letter to self harm or whatever you use to do it. So like, 'To Cutting. I don't need you anymore because... You...'. It feels really wierd but sort of works. Well it helped me stop temporarily.
I find that elastic bands help. You can just wear them like bracelets, which is what loads of people do so wont look out of place. Then you're prepared whenever.
I also find that trying to write songs helps, lyrics, chords and the notes. This might just be because i find music helps me a lot though.
i ice skate, caus ethen u dnt have time to think about anything, u have 2 think about the next move u have 2 make on the ice, plus when im on the ice i feel like a different person like im flying. it helps take ur mind off things for a while.
