Calm down. Getting yourself into a frenzy isn't really good for you and won't make time go any quicker. Wishing tomorrow cannot happen won't help too, I've tried ;)

You did what you thought was right at the time, and sending the email must have made you feel slightly better. Don't beat yourself up about it. I think that you are probably worrying because the time is drawing closer to when you will have to talk. Believe me, it is scary but worth it. Your parents may go a bit strange at first, but once they adjust to it then it'll be fine. You may get more help and begin the journey to recovery. Even if you don't, you can get more help in school and cope with that better.

You can choose how much to tell your Head Year and so that makes you in control of how much everybody knows.

Hello Thankyou for your email  Its good advice what you told me it means alot , all though my school is closed today as we have no heating lol so i get another day off  .

But we are back there on tuesday . Yepp il let youknow what happens.

My Headyear Did email me back and she is going to see me tomorrow and we are going to talk about it all though she has told me that she has had to pass it on to the child protection officer and my head year and assistant principal as well as my mentor she also is telling my mum which i am realy worred about. though :( .
