There was this email from my best friend and it was upseting. It said to forward this message to everyone I know or something bad would happen. I thought it was real so I did it. Then one of my friends parents replied saying that girl is very upset and I have been trying to get back to her but I can't. Now my best friend has got an email from her dad( i got it from her mum) saying they have contacted the school about this. I am getting worried that I will get in trouble too aswell as her! What shall I do?

First of all, the email you got  is called a chain email. This is where it says you must forward it or something bad will happen. There are lots of these, some say you'll die, others say your true love will kiss you on the nearest possible Friday or that kind of thing. I assure you, NONE OF THIS EVER HAPPENS. If you get any more delete them, or if they are personal, like the one you got about a girl at school, report them to a teacher or your parents or someone you trust.
Anyway, back to your email. OK, so it wasn't the best thing to do, but it's not the end of the world. You will need to apologise to the people you have upset as soon as you can get in contact with them. I think the school will handle this as a general matter rather than a personal one. What I mean is that they may mention something about not to send these emails in assembly rather than specifically take you out and blame the whole thing on you. The school may make changes to their internet system so that students cannot acces their email in the school.
Try not to worry, you'll be fine :) xx

Don't worry, you will not get into trouble, and your best friend probably forwarded it from another email. If you explain your were scared - possibly your best friend's case as well, they probably won't get you into trouble. Just say sorry and explain when you can get in contact with your friend's parents.
