Im so confuzed what should do!?

Well, my school has always been horrible to my mum and me but now my mum asked my head teacher not to give the job of a teaching assistant in my class to this lady who caused loads of trouble a while ago blaming me for strangling her daughter (my best friend) but i didn't but he hired her! and my mum now is making me choose if i want to stay there or move to a new one! im confuzed has anyone got any advice for me?

I need answers. AND FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello i am very sorry to hear the school trouble you are having and you getting acused of stuff this is not very nice also the school making you and your mum uspet . If this lady has caused you so much trouble and you think its going to carry on i suggest you take your mums adivce and change because otherwise its only going to start more trouble but if you feel things are going to work out then stay at your school but dont stay if its going to start trouble you are been very mature about this situation well done its shows you are been grown up!
