Hey,

i have had the same problem as you... my grades dropped significantly and i didnt really go to my lessons because i felt so down and there didnt seem much point since i was doing badly in them and the work stressed me out lots and the teachers made me worry... I was with CAMHS too and tbh they helped a bit but not much. The thing that really helped me was when i got a learning mentor so if your school has that you should do it........ basically i go and meet her [mentor] every week for a hour and we talk about how things are going with me and how im feeling etc. Then she talks to me about school stuff and my work, she helps me work out a schedule of the work that i can actually manage and then she goes and talks to my other teachers for me and tells them that i need extra time for all my work and homework etc. Basically I do less work than lots of other people in my year but its just she helps me work out a sensible amount to do that I can cope with because otherwise i stress out and she basically keeps me from getting stressed!!! I also like talkin to her cos she is really nice and stuff  so we can have a laugh :D

Most of the time i just really cant be bovered with school my grades dont drop or anything but i cant concentrate but i just have time alone for myself and relax it really helps you should try and do that . Just try your best and think about the positives in your life !

 yeah!!! my school has been piling me up with homework and exams and i just cant cope any more. Im also growing apart from one of my friends and it is messing ME up. 

Does anyone else have the same problems as me?

Hello sorry to hear your having problems too :( , you could talk to a teacher about you getting stressted with ur hw and exams this can help take some of the preusure of you of even talking to your mum she will be able to help you by calling the school and telling them you are getting stressted out by it and u need more help and support with it .
