Guys i need help i havnt started my period yet but i am starting to get back pains and when i go 2 the loo it get tiny red spots on the tishow

Can i have some advise please and some tips! I dont know if i can deal with them! most of my friends havnt started yet but some of them have, said it was hard to cope with, so i dont know what i should do!!! I'm only 11 but it's still scary help!
