Puberty might have something to do with it. If you are in pain from anything to do with puberty then that might be something. If there is a family issue at home then it could be to do with that.

i often feel like that round my period. its mostly hormones i think. so yes, to answer ur question, it could have a lot to doith puberty. its ok hun :)

Crying is common around puberty.  Your body is going through a huge hormal change that affects emotions.  You may find yourself losing your temper easier or, as you have said, crying over the smallest thing. 

Try talking about it with your friends, afterall, they are going through the same changes as you.  Also, speak to you mum about any concerns you have.  Its a scary thing puberty and you shouldnt go through it without support.
