 Although I am a boy, I think I know the answer. The reason for the blood in your knickers is you have just had your first period. This will happen once every month and is totally normal when going through puberty.

As for the tummy aches, this is also something to do with puberty. You could be having tummy aches because of your breasts starting to develop.

Its your period and you should tell your mum so she can help.... unfortunately the tummy aches come with the period every month. It sucks yeah but something a lot of girls have to deal with
