Periods...

Hey I started my periods when i was 11 and i'm turning 15 soon so i've had them a long time but they are still so random. Like between 3 and 6 or 7 weeks between each one and the length and heaviness varies too. I was wondering wether anyone else gets this?

I'm normal weight and normal in preety much every other way i can think of so i really don't get y they are so random.

i'm not worried. its just a bit inconvenient coz i have to always be on guard for them and my body hardly ever gives any warning!!

any replies would be very welcome :)

You would normally get a rough pattern, but if you don't, it might be worth visiting a doctor. It's usually not a big problem, but the doctor would help you alot. Also, ask you mum and see if that happens/happened to her as well.

yeh i spoke to my mum but she said she could almost time it to the hour she was so regular! Its annoying tho coz i asked her and she just said 'yeh it might be annoying but just live with it' coz i asked her if maybe i should go to the doctor. thats one of the problems with having my dad as a doctor. i don't want to talk to him. its embarrassing but i would talk to a doctor. oh well. i'll leave it til i'm older.
