    Ok im worried about this RELI woriied

    One of my breats are bigger ( way bigger that the other ) i have to wear baggy chlothes or look like a twonk ... HELP HELP ? will they EVER grow

    I was the same. Its normal , cos they havent fully developed yet. You could talk to your mum or a woman in your family who your close to about it.
