i started my period ages ago, but i now get really bad pains and there there constantly, i take painkillers and nothing happens i drink water and nothing happens
What else is there to do????
Exercise is supposed to be the best way to cure it, but taking a hot bath/lying down and breathing deeply/putting a hot water bottle where it hurts also work. x
a hot water bottle definitely helps and taking a walk and also having a bath
wen i get lyk that i ALWAYS heat up my beddy bear in the microwave!! and put it were it hurts if ya got one ov them they are gd
