dont worry i have it at school do u cange with all the girls at p .e time? if u do make sure u DONT were hipsters were a bra if u dont have enny eather text ur mum or go up to her and just say mum i need a bra. its simple

No one notices these changes, Teenagers at your school will maybe have started Puberty before you. The only things people will really notice, Is your spots and maybe your hair. But keep yourself fresh and clean and this should help.

Heya Beccca405 .... If you start your period at school you shouldnt be scared your teachers are for support.... at school they should either have pad and tampon despensers in the toilets OR just go to your teacher and ask her to go to the school nurse it you dont have a school nurse the school will always hve tampons and pads there in case ..... Hope i gave to some support on this xxx
