i started my period ages ago, but i now get really bad pains and there there constantly, i take painkillers and nothing happens i drink water and nothing happens
What else is there to do????
TLC.. lie down with a blanket and have a hotchoclate with a chocolate muffin and put a hot water bottle on the area the pain is cumming from, the heats supposed to help.
also try drinking herbal tea..................but remember mother nature can b a bit of a COW and u stil mite b getting pains...we'l just have to live with it or mother natures gonna win

Heyaaaaa lost-love ....... this probably wont be any help at allllll...... and what IfOnlyTheyKnew wrote is completely truueeee mother nature can beee a right cow sometimes ...im only 11 and i get stomach cramps i have recently asked for a hot wter bottle for it..... and yes try herbal tea tht works quite a lot xx probs wasnt any help but its worth a try lol xxx
