    Hi

I've had periods for about 5 years now, but I still get really worried before, and then stressed during them. Does anyone else get this? I've got some GCSE exams in 2 weeks, when my period is due, and I'm really worried because we have the exams for the entire morning without a break. I'm really worried....

    talk about a stressful situation

if ur worried about leeking wear a night ttime pad..u no the huge ones that take up your whole knikers (make sure u wear the ones thaat have the little sticky flaps (wings) that way it cant leek down the sides either. wear tight knickers tht wont let the pad slip around. if u get bad period pains take a parecetamol or painkiller b4 going into the exam hall.

the most important thing is to focus completely on your exams and not get destracted by old mother nature

good luck with the GCSE :) xxx
