I know it's all hard 

But, look how I've pushed me.

Finally, I can't belive

I've come out the otha' side blud

No lies though, it aint easy

I know I aint ever gonna be the same again

But it's better than how I 'av been

Better than what could be.

You know, though, I'm not all that diffrent

From the rest of you

Only diffrence I know, is I've made it through

I say to ya now- you can do it too.
