I don't quite know if this should be here because it is not exactly poetry but I didn't know where else to put it, and you are all creative people ;)

I do a lot of writing; poetry and prose. I have written a 70 page story and 30 or something poems as well as a few other short pieces. Trouble is, most of these are based with what I am familiar with; self-harm, suicide, hospital, disturbing and dark stuff. Now I want to write something other people can read... I am currently looking for ideas for a novel or something. Does anyone have any?
