Hi guys

Reading your posts it seems as though you have found using the creative tool to produce some really great art work helpful and fun. Art is a fantastic way to help with getting out feelings, emotions, those rubbish and good days we all have.

Christmas is coming soon and not everyone looks forward to it but most of you do. Why not send us your art work and make comments about Christmas.

Remember to be thoughtful in your views about others art work. For some it's taken alot of time,effort and bravery to create how they are feeling.
