
i have a slight phobia of sleep. it's all because i get nightmares a lot. with sleep brings nightmares so i hate sleep. i often try to stay awake as long as possible and wake up really early. every now and then it'll settle down a bit but then it stars back up again and i'm scaed to go to sleep in case i get those nightmares again. i don't know what to do, i'm exausted nearly all the time and it's killing me. any suggestions anyone??
