i have a phobia of the dark i cant get over it im so sceard i lay there at nigt trying to get to sleep then when i do get to sleep i wake up fritend agen plzzz help me
try getting a small plug in night light. just so its not too dark when you wake up. or a dim lanp or sumthing.
i'm scared of the dark aswell so i just sleep with my door open and i get light all night :)

thks it helps alot but there is 2 more things im scaerd of windows at nigth and sometimes door open at nigth
I HATE WINDOWS at night!! they freak me out. its like i feel like there are people out there watching me but i can't see them. i don't like it one bit. i can't even close my own curtains! i have to get someone else to do it for me.
doors don't really freak me out. unless they r creaky and they open coz theres a draft or sumthing. that scares me when i'm home alone and my door keeps moving. half the time its my cat anyway coming into my room but it still scares me.
how do u deal with them? i'd love to know!
