    I keep suffering from awful panic attacks. They're ruining everything. They come along whenever i get stressed or sometimes they come with no warning at all!

    Does anyone have any advise on how i could control them?

    I get panic attacks, but mine a rare, and come out of the blue, but i usually get them when im stressed just like you ..

    I was on a school trip once when it began and i fainted becasue i couldn't breath :/

    Anyways, my boss suffers from them and gave me a few tricks to try if i feel one coming on ...
    1) Don't think about them because you will be more likely to have them
    2) when you feel one beginnig take control, tell your self what is happening and that there is no need for it
    3) Concentrate on your breathing and if it begins put your hands over your mouth and try and breath slowly taking deep breaths
    4) Ask for a drink and drink alot of water this will help
