Im scared because of a dream

I dreamed that I was being chased up the stairs by a man with a knife in his hand. When I reach the top a sharp pain goes through my back and I drop down to the floor lying in my own blood. Then I wake up. I have this dream often and it scares the hell out of me.

My phobia is going up the stairs in my house. I run up as fast as I can and my heart is always pounding. It scares me and I dont know what to do.

OhMyGod .. i have the same dreams and thoughts as that!!

And know i dont sleep properly because im too scared too! It is very scaryy, and it like seems like its really happening, if that makes sense??

Yeahh I know it feels so real doesnt it ? I cant sleep either. I dont go to bed until like 1.00am and then i wake up at 3.00am and then im too scared to go back to bed again :( so then i get tired.

Even when I dont have bad dreams I still wake up about 5 times in the middle of the night :(

I have had that dream before and it freaked me out ! The best thing is to face ur fears and go up there with a family member p.s dont go up at night on ur own i tried it and i scared the hell out of me ! Hope it helps xx
