I know how you feel. My mum was obsessed on making me see a school counsellor and didn't get it into her head I didn't want, nor need, one =(

Insist you're ok to your mum and hopefully she'll stop like my mum did =)

    Hi.

Sometimes mums do know what is better afterall they see you from the outside, they notice something that you dont and she wouldnt say something unless she thought it was important. Id just go to the doctors what they will probabily do is ask you how you are feeling extra, has anything happened to change your mood? they might as you to keep a 'mood diary', Even if you dont feel there is any point in going ... there is no harm in going, it will put yours and ur mums mind at rest :)

Ive done it before, so what i would say is be as honest as possiable, and ask for help if you need it.
