Recently had a bad cold, and i was tired but not asleep and i hallucinated something. I havent taken any medicines but now my hearings going and i feel like im not really here... Im typing though right? Exactly i knoe that but hearings going and i hallucinated some strange things..

You're not the only one! It's totally normal to be like that if you've got a cold, your head gets all thick and slow and hallucinating-ishy. :) Mine does, anyway. It''s just part of being sick. And the same with the feeling distant - it just happens when you get a thick cold. And that can also affect your hearing.
Though of course the cold might not be related, so if you're sure it's not then speak to a doctor; but it's likely that it is.
