i cant think! im so paranoid that sumone can here what im thinking, i get so nervouse when i think around people cuz if they can here my thought i worrie iv said sumin bad, whats wrong with me?? can people read our thoughts???

i have exactly the same thing. When i am around other people i am paraniod that they can hear what i think and i often start to shout random swear words in my head to stop myself from thinking. Even though i know it is impossible i still get really worried about it. But no one can actually read minds and they will not be able to hear what you are thinking so if you can, dont worry.
