Hello :)
Well done for posting your message :D , Have u spoken to some how you feel and what people will think of you ?
Im sure if you told people they would want to help and support you though this you could tell a teacher , parent , freind , grandparent if you cant tell them face to face u could write it down .
Talk to someone you dont have to cope alone with any of this on your own .
Take care
xx

hi
i do feel very sorry for you i have a mental illness as well but i cope with
it by tlleing my friends how i feel
Hi dancerbabe
Really sorry to hear your having trouble just to let you know that you are not alone in having and anxiety disorder i have one 2.I was diagnosed with OCD 4 years ago but had ,had problems steming from primary school .The way i dealt with it was i told 2 trusted friends no more than that so that i had people to talk to . I also went to see a counsellor i think this really helps because sometimes it is hard to talk to your family because they maybe don't understand whats happening , you are probably (i don't know if this applies) doing things completely out of character and parents can find this hard to deal with.So talking to a counsellor someone who you have never met helps as they don't judge you and you can be open and get things of your chest.Also remember it doesn't have to be face to face you can do it over the phone and hang up whenever you want .
Also what i did at the start i avoided situations which made me anxious until i had learnt to self soothe ,this is an important thing to learn.MY main one was i would ly down close me eyes breathe in and out deeple and tense parts of the body and relax them in turn(if you see a counsellor they may be able to give you other stratagies).
Whatever you do don't let your friends push you into anything that you think you can handle .
Don't worry what other people think teenagers get so rapped up in themselves they don't really realise if someones feeling different.
And although things may seem bad just now they will get better it will take time but it will get better.
Hope this helps
xxxx
:)
I know how u feel. i have social anxiety disorder and i hate it.
don't be scared dancer babe, i was diagnosed with this two years ago, believe me, things feel stressful now, but once you get the full support of your family, you'll feel better in no time. get a therapist that you can see whenever you need to, and dont let yourself think others will think that youre crazy, they won't. x
Hello;
Ive had Seperation Anxiety && General Anxiety disorder for about 4 years now;
I was diagonosed at a very young age; && they both have affected my life so much; BUT the mistake i did was thinking i am different to everybody else! && trust me there is nothing wrong and different about these problems; It just means we're over sensitve and care alot for ourselfs and our friends and family. I got told not to worry! && i didnt believe anyone;
so the best ways to help are;
- Blow bubbles; it may sound stupid but it helps your breathing
-Write the worry ona peice off paper and store in a book off some sort; this keeps the worry locked away and no need to affect you!
- Reserch it; for example if your worrying that a pet or family emmber is very ill reserch it on the web or read about it; and talk to someone;
Hope i helped;
&& If you ever need someone to talk about your feelings; especially the "no one understands" feeling; I am here xx
