Hello :) i understand a little bit about what your going through i have same similar probelms but i go to CAMHS they are trying to dignose me right with scizophreina or depression/axienty . From my experince i hear voices telling me to hurt myself and kill myself , i also have images what make me compelled to go to them eg: When i have a voice telling me to kill myself i get images of walking out on traffic and i see myself doing it in my head . You do sound like you have an sympton of schizophreina as from what you have explained you do need to get checked out you would first have to visit your gp then visit a mental health psycastric who will be able to dignoses you propley . It can be hard talking to someone but you really need to tell someone it took me a yearr to tell people then it got out of hand ! try and talk to your mum or dad or if you are stil at school an teacher who can help and support you or write it down for them this may be easier and im sure rthey would rather no how your feeling (Y)  , .

Oh my gosh, I thought i was actuallty the only one that felt like something is watching me all the time- sort of like cctv surveillance, never leaving me alone. Its like you know that nothing is following you that your just being silly but there is still something in you that doesn't want to believe it. Like you always have to be prepared just in case :S                            

And the dreams; you just described my symptoms exactly... thing is though i'll be awake and the images are still there, the screams everything. ha i even see people getting hit by cars even if there are no cars about.

Yeah i think you should go to the GP as it needs to be diagnosed by a professional, the sooner the better :D

Well it's obviously not schizophrenia if you've had it since you were ten.

Unless you are a medical marvel.

Given that you have an insight to your problem, you most likely do not have schizophrenia.
