    late last year i was diagnosed with anxioty, low moods and depression, at the moment seeing a councellor.

    anyone got any tips on how i can lift my mood and try to get my friends to understand whats going on, as ive tryed telling them and they dont seem to get it?

    I think I am suffering with this too. I know what I can do to make me happy again but it's holding me back. Just do things which make you happy and eat and exercise well. Always take time to relax and calm down if you start to get anxious. This helps me very much. If your friends are true friends they will understand and make an effort to understand you. But if they are a bit confused, then try getting them all together for a sleepover or a r n r session and explain to them clearly. Or give them an information leaflet about the issue. If you don't want to do it yourself, ask your school nurse to give them a talk about it. Or a trusted parent and guardian could offer you advice or do it for you. Hope this helps. Keep on going, I'm very shy too by the way!!!! :)
