I ent had an easy life, im not saying mine is the worst..
But lately i just cant stop crying no matter how much i think of the good stuff i still cry

i no what they/you mean i'm like that but if i cry at school all the other kids tell me off saying that i have nothing to cry about but if they new they wouldent say the things they do. When they tell me to stop i just want to cry more but what i do is go into a room were thers some one i realy like. eg mum, nan ,sister, freind and cry even if i dont tell them wats up just them being there can help you stop

Iget it, i really do lol. I have the most amazing friends and life and i just cry.. as if it just comes to me.... but i think even if ur dojng the whole eating fruit and smiling thing it doesnt work.. just try to figure out y and just keep happy after all crying just comes to us sometimes whether we know y or not
