
im getting panic attacks more often and they are mostly either at school or at night. its horrible at school because they happen when im feeling anxious in lessons but i dont actually mind so much because i know at some point i can go and talk to someone about them even if at the time i just want to run out. its worse at home because my parents dont really understand or help as much as my mentor at school so im worried about being off in the holidays even though im glad to get away from school but im worried i cant talk to anyone to help me calm down about my panic attacks because i wont see anyone who can help me.
Any advice please? (much appreciated because if my problems get too bad or i can get help with them i start to self harm)
