I keep arguing

Me and my parents are always arguing! I try to talk to them about it but i get really embarrsed about it and i dunno why. I love them so much though but i need to clear my head! What should I do?? Plaese give me advice

You shouldnt feel embarrsed to talk to your parrents about anything. make sure they understand you but dont be pushy

mum, dad can i talk to you about something. then explain how you feel.
